Pre-Registration is Required!
All fees and registration documents MUST be received by the registration deadline in order for the contestant to participate. We WILL NOT accept day-of registrations.
Each Participant MUST Be On-Time!
Each participant MUST be on time for the category in which they will participate in. Once the pageant/category begins it will be considered "closed" to anyone late.
NO Refunds!
All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Poor Sportsmanship NOT Tolerated!
This is a family friendly and fun atmosphere so any poor sportsmanship or inappropriate language or behavior will result in the disqualification of the participant without a refund and the offending party will be asked to leave!

One Adult Chaperone in Dressing Area.
Due to the very limited space in the dressing area, each participant is allowed to have ONE adult chaperone in the dressing area. NO professional make-up artist nor professional hair stylist are allowed to offer services in the dressing area. We simply do not have enough room. No men/boys allowed in the dressing rooms designated for girls and no women/girls allowed in the dressing rooms designated for boys. Separate dressing areas will be designated if needed.

Pageant Rules!
The Ga Sweetheart Pageant is NOT a GLITZ pageant. We do not encourage make-up nor clothes that are not age appropriate. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding any of the following rules prior to your registration. You will be given a complete list of rules and regulations once you register.
Contestant Line-Up
Line-up in each age division will be determined by the order in which each participant checks in on the day of the pageant.
Competition Outfit Restrictions
Although you may pick an outfit of your choice we ask that you DO NOT wear swimsuits, anything showing your mid-section nor anything too revealing. All outfits should be age appropriate.
Music Selections
Music will be provided by the pageant director/coordinator(s). You will NOT be allowed to provide your own music. The music provided has been pre-screened to assure that all songs are family friendly.
